The experience that I had with Mr. Zucker was excellent very easy I was in and out in hour and a half great financing team as well I will now be a BMW customer for life !

The salesman was knowledgeable, answering my questions & explaining features & how they worked. He listened to my preferences, and asked me to clarify, to find which things were of higher importance to me. I am pleased with the way I was treated during the process and outcome of a good deal. The finance rep handled the details in a timely manner so that helps too. Overall great experience!

I went to see about a used Kia Sorento as the price was darn good. I found the vehicle on Cargurus and saw a high rating for the dealership. I sent a message and Michael Messer got back to me. I went in a couple days later ( no pressure to even go in from Michael which I really appreciate ). I texted first so he knew I was coming, out to common courtesy. First time buying a car, and I can happily say I'd come back again and again! Bob worked with me all day and I got a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. Went to other dealerships, in the end so glad I came back. Never felt pressured, angry, nothing. Bob was very straightforward and easy to work with. He could have been such a good salesman that I just felt like I was getting a good deal, but I highly doubt that; he seemed very honest and up-front about pricing and my options, considering credit. This may have been the easiest and most transparent car purchase process I have ever experienced! Sammy was extremely knowledgeable about BMW cars and patiently showed me all the bells and whistles of my new car. He made the experience enjoyable with his refreshingly genuine personality, he wasn't pushy which was a nice change. I would highly recommend Chapman BMW to anyone, everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional, it was a great experience!
