My trip to the dealership started with me bringing my Volkswagen GTI to the Volkswagen section of capital Euro car to be fixed.While my wife and I were walking out of the dealership I jokingly told my service advisor that if they had a truck on the lot I could trade for my car they would potentially have a sale! Keith Milliron was the ultimate professional during this transaction. Keith went out of his way to make the entire buying process a great experience. I wasn't buying a brand new BMW, but Keith still made sure my experience at Capital BMW was a wonderful buying event.
I knew what vehicle I wanted to get and Kevin Overton took his time to patiently find EXACTLY the vehicle I wanted. Apparently, nothing made this task too difficult as he had to arrange to get it from across the country and did so with a smile. Kevin made the experience fast, easy and a pleasure.
