330 I Timely and professional. They go out of their way to give great service. I received a video showing that they inspected my car and that it was ok. Also they said they topped off all the various levels, i.e. water

Not up to the standard BMW sells you! Brought in for coolant indicator light service/repair. I picked it up and the light was still on, service guys said it was a bubble in the system. It took my husband 3 times adding coolant to finally get the indicator light to shut off. I would think they should have tested for what service/repair the car was in the shop for.

Pleased with buying experience at BMW of Dallas Excellent experience overall. Good and helpful staff. Was looking for a 3rd car for a growing family with teenagers, and David guided me through the different models, options, new vs. CPO, and we ended up with a CPO X3 we are very happy with.

High end car with low end service I came in to just get my car checked out Sept 2022 before a trip to Colorado. (Nothing was needed- I just wanted them to look over everything before a long road trip) They never have any loaners - or you have to book an appointment a month in advance to recieve one. So I waited for them to check my car and all was fine. No issues. Hours later my engine light comes on.
