The current buying environment isn't conducive to smooth purchasing processes to say the least. But this guy did everything in his power to work with me and get me past the finish line with a great car. BMW dealers and staff have a reputation for being snobbish. He's honest, forthright, and accomplishes what I previously thought impossible--HE ACTUALLY MADE THE DREADED "MEET WITH FINANCE" PORTION OF THE BUYING PROCESS FUN.
