I bought a used mini about a month ago. I started to have a problem with the sunroof of my car. I called and made an appointment with Irvine Mini. When I got to the dealer they said the tech could look at it in about 20 minutes. After about 15 minutes Phil said they would like to look at the car longer. I was given a loaner car for the day. We are new to the area and were looking for a quick, seemless transaction, The management and staff were professional and expedited acquiring a vehicle for us. We got off the plane, took a cab to the center and 2 hours later were driving to our nwew home in our new car.

I needed to take my car in for emergency service due to a check engine light and very rough idle. David Stosich was my service advisor, and he treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. He worked hard to get my car taken care of in a timely manner. He was the ONLY service advisor at the dealership on the Saturday that I needed to drop off the car. when dealing with the service advisor, i would give a rating of 4 of 5 for followup but the problems with the actual service of the car i dont know who to fault - inexperienced / untrained service technicians or extremely poor bmw parts? recommendation to irvine bmw is really split 50/50. for irvine bmw when they did routine oil change quick and painless, finished within an hour or so with an appointment.

Great customer service. But ofcourse I only dealt with Mike S. Got a good deal for a z4. Would not the next day but got it fix at dealer closer to my house. No sweat, cause the car still has good warranty.
