I came to the dealership needing to buy 2 cars. I called in to see if they had a 428i available I talked to Brandon Kim and he was very helpful in finding the exact color I wanted. I made an appointment with him and when I came in the staff at Irvine bmw were all helpful starting from the sales person to the general manager to the finance department. I am glad I chose Irvine bmw I went to look at the same car at McKenna bmw and the salesperson and manager were very rude. I recommend Irvine bmw if your looking to purchase a bmw it was a quick process leasing the car.
Terry Zwarka was great to work with, he gave us plenty of his time to explore the lot and find exactly the car we wanted. He went above and beyond to get us a good deal, matching a quote we had received from another dealership without hesitation, and even gave us his own dinner when we mentioned we we're hoping to get some food and the paperwork was taking some time. Albert Ochoa is the only reason I bring my 2nd BMW to Irvine. He provides me with the best customer service tailored to my needs. Albert even texts me updates on the status of my vehicle and when it's ready on top of a phone call! Talk about amazing service and I also got a picture of my newly tinted windows when the car was finished. The tint looks perfect and the service was quick and fast. Make sure you ask for Albert Ochoa when you bring your car to the service drive.
I had a 3 year lease on a 2010 Mercedes E550 Coupe which was soon coming to an end. I visited Crevier BMW to look at the new 6 Series 4 Door Coupe. The sales pitch went something like this "call me when you are interested." I'm not sure why someone would visit a car dealer if they weren't ready to buy a car.
