After a couple of small hiccups, I must say I am very satisfied with my experience at Irvine BMW - especially with Chris Bridges. He's gone above and beyond to keep me in the loop with everything and make sure that all is done to my satisfaction.
I purchased my car recently from this dealer and I just wanted to commend them on how they handled my purchase. Since it was a special order and had to wait several months for delivery they kept me updated almost weekly. My salesman Abdul Qurashi was great!
Very happy, I was making a purchase with Mr. Kim. He gave no pressure but answers to my questions, and left me at ease to make the decision. Besides, Steve, the financial officer, was very helpful and assisting me with the additional coverages at cost. Within the hours, I drove a new car home. I would definitely recommend Mr Kim to any buyers in the market for a BMW.
