I didn't want to spend a lot of time searching for a great deal and I told Brandon Kim that at Irvine BMW. In the end, he found me a great deal on a black/black 528i with a payment I never thought I would get on a BMW. When my lease is up, I will get another one from him. Nice guy, responds fast, and is very respectful. I would absolutely ask for him.

I just bought a car from Brandon Kim less than a month and it was the fastest and easiest experience ever. What I like about him is that he keep me up to date with my order. He genuinely care about his customers and always there for them. Furthermore, he is very knowledgeable and if he doesn't know the answer he will quickly find the answer. I love the car that I bought from him and if I ever want another bmw I will always buy it from him.
Gary Temel kept me updated on the status of my car while it was being serviced. He wasn't satisfied with releasing it until all the issues that I brought up were addressed. Well done - will definitely be back.
I really lucked out with Gary as my service writer I thought I needed an expensive new master cylinder, and went into the service department in a panic. Gary relaxed my concerns, and worked with me, quickly put my mind at ease and gave me regular phone call updates on the progress, which I loved! He was very personable, funny and through with his explanations of the car repairs. I have since referred 2 friends to him, and would highly recommend requesting him, he is the best!!
