After missing the purchase of a car in San Diego (pre-owned vehicles are hot!), we talked to Edgar at Irvine BMW. He ensured us the car was ours and it would be there on the lot when we arrived. We started the process on the drive up. Once we arrived and after a test drive and look over the vehicle we were on our way. The purchase process was an easy process and Edgar was by our side the entire time. Edgar was great and the purchase was great. We are super happy with the car and service we received!!
