"Bought a dealership owned BMW with 8000 miles on it. We..." Bought a dealership owned BMW with 8000 miles on it. We were told by the salesman that the 8000 miles would be added to the warranty of maintenance. When we brought it in for service we were told that the warranty was expired. They would not honor what they had promised us when we bought the car even though the first 8000 miles were used by the dealership. This is our 4th BMW. The next BMW will not be bought at IRVINE BMW Dealership. Beware of false promises!

"The worst car experience ever ! I bought a brand new BMW..." The worst car experience ever ! I bought a brand new BMW and noticed defect on trunk next day . We brought it in to service and had n even worse experience .They lied to us and have had the car for over two weeks admitting a factory defect . Not once did we hear from the GM only from his assistant a few times .
"Did not abide by what I was told" Drove 90 miles to get a car..but was told I could not have a licensed dealer ( that I would pay for) confirm the advertised state of car if I purchased it first.....that’s different than I was told before I drove there or what I was told on the lot before discussing with mgr. Mgr said once purchased, if anything was wrong It was not their responsibility..That attitude stopped the sale...as it raised concern on the auto meeting advertised state.

During the purchasing process, we were told that the car has no accidents at all and their staff even showed us the copy of carfax with a clean history. Recently, we noticed that the color of rear door on the driver side looks slightly different than other parts, and the rubber seal of the door is deformed.
