A Job Well Done In 2013 I purchased the X1 and had the happy experience of working with Jay. I have had minor problems and have always been helped immediately. Last weekend the engine light caused us some concern and Jason insisted on keeping the vehicle over night to be certain they had covered all the bases. As always, I want to congratulate everyone for a job well done. Thanks to Nicole and Jason for giving us the peace of mind as we head to northern Maine for the holidays.
oil change They have it down to a science and the process took no time at all including getting a loaner auto. I have a BMW dealership closer to me but prefer Mt Kisco.

Best Dealer This is the second car we have purchased at BMW Mt. Kisco and we are again extremely pleased with the experience. Never a doubt BMW Mt Kisco is awesome and there is never a doubt. I just finished my first service experience with my new car - a 328dx - and they picked up my car from my house, dropped it off later that day, cleaned it inside and out and did the services needed. These guys just make the car experience - owning, servicing - so easy and so comfortable - and that makes it hard to ever consider anyone else. They are simply the best.

Outstanding Once again, my experience with the Mt Kisco BMW Service Dept was perfect, I believe the Service Advisor's name this time was Justin. The car was ready when promised, the price was as expected, the car was clean and pristine when given back to me. I waited for it and sat comfortably in their customer service area watching television, surfing the Internet and having a diet soda. A most highly recommended department.
