Recall on the drivers side airbag. Picked my car up and noticed several pinholes on the driver side window and two on the passenger side. Returned it and Brian Allen literaly called me a liar. I'll make sure I tell everyone to avoid them and if they do have to use them to inspect everything. Terrible service, terrible people.

My wife went in, test drove an Audi SUV, she loved it but wanted to discuss it with me first. Before the week was over, we had been harassed multiple times daily from one of the sales people. Absolute terrible experience. The sales person was rude and condescending. When I went to the dealership to see the vehicle in person, I was later ridiculed about my opinion, on the vehicle, via text. Very unprofessional and I will not be a return customer. Would not recommend dpatrick to anyone.

Worst experience ever - been lied to. Left msgs for the owner and general manager of the dealership - instead I get a call back from the parts/service department. DPATRICK does not care once the deal is signed. No follow up after sale - wasn't even told there was a recall.

I brought a 120,000 dollars car from this dealership. I'm from another state, so I did everything online. I did the deal with a gentlemen named Andrew, but was referred to another salesman (which was fined). We flew in , spent one day in beautiful Louisville, the drove over to the dealership. When we arrived, only the salesperson greeted us, Andrew the Manager never even stepped out to thanks or introduce himself( bad business). Then they handed me just one key to the car. Me and all my friends thought that it was very unpro... read more
