Went in to gather info on a couple models, and the BMW team brushed me off because, from I can surmise, I don't look like a million bucks. Was sent to Mercedes side when I clearly stated I was looking for info on 2 BMW models. And then when I was on the Mercedes side, I tried to get the attention of a couple sales people and none would acknowledge my presence. Will not be back. At least for a BMW. The Porsche dealership was phenomenal!
Just made a trip to D Patrick from Owensboro, Ky. Gary told my daughter he had a Prius to show her. When we got there we found out the car had been sold! Gary tried to make a joke of this and then tried to sell her a Chrysler!!! Very Very unprofessional. Very unsatisfactory!!! We won't be back there!
If Ron Ryan had not been so persistent and not taken us to every lot you had to find this Honda we had seen on your internet site, we would have left and most likely purchase a car somewhere else. Ron was great to deal with and had the attitude that a customer loves. He was not pushy and he made the it a great experience, especially after working all day and then having to spend a bunch of money. You need more employees like him.
I recently bought a used 2005 Toyota Corolla from D-Patrick. After hearing that many used cars with outstanding safety recalls are being sold by dealerships I entered my VIN online to see if my Toyota had any. The result is that my car has an outstanding recall for the Takata airbag which can cause death to the driver and/or the front seat passenger. Shame on you D-Patrick for not having the problem fixed or at least disclosing it to me before I purchased the car. You put me and my family at risk of death or serious injury. ... read more
I brought my Q5 to them to check the MMI system. They found the problem and fixed for me soon. They also replaced the plate trim for free when they noticed that the paint is fading off.
They don't work with people after their sales. We found out they sold us a vehicle where the cruise control didn't work and they didn't tell us. They told us they would pay to have it fixed so we took it there and then they wouldn't pay. They also were suppose to help us with Somoniz that they sold us on the other vehicle that we bought from them. We can't get them to help us on that either. I won't refer anyone there or ever go back.
The men who work in the service department are SO incredibly rude! In the future, I will mosey back over to Foreign Performance for my VW.
Absolute Breach of Contract, DID NOT honor their promise to repair 4WD system on Jeep I bought from them. ABSOLUTELY did not do what was asked in the first place. Forced me to take my vehicle to Expressway 3 times, only paid for one symptomatic repair, ABSOLUTELY refused to back up their own word. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Poor and Incompetent service. Take a car in for service and come out with new issues. Wish there was a second dealership for import cars in this area.
