Worst car buying experience of my life. I purchased a 2014 Ford Edge from Dave on Saturday, January 26th. I initially came to look at the car and test drove it on January 19th. During the test drive the car needed to be started due to a dead battery, and it had heat problems resulting in them having to replace the thermostat. DPatrick Nissan SUCKS I bought a used Jeep from them in late F November the very next morning the check engine light was on Their response was “as is” I had it checked and it needs a catalytic converter Guy said no way they could not have known it was bad Their response “he is just trying to rip you off we found nothing wrong” well it sure could not have happened overnight..... Seems yall cant stand behind what you sell. My buddy bought a car from yall and second day car messed up and yall still wont answer the phone and tlk to him. Terrible service

I stopped at the service department to schedule an appointment for a NTSHA vehicle recall notice (National webpage states recall appts. are top priority due to safety/liability standards). DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO D PATRICK BMW FOR SERVICE. They are incompetent and dishonest. They fix things that aren’t broken. And when you have another mechanic verify that they are crooks and return with paperwork to prove it, they lie to your face and tell you to have a good day. I am telling you 100% go to Jeff Decker’s Evansville quality automotive and tire on N 1st Ave or Foreign Performance if you need duel diagnostics. Again DO NOT USE D PATRICK BMW FOR SERVICE!!! They just got me for $2000.00
