Disappointed Every vehicle I have ever purchased has come with two keys. I was not told until delivery this used vehicle only had one. I asked about a second, but was told I had to go get my own and I have no idea how to get a fob. Great customer service would have been to order it for me even it it meant additional cost.

Best Salesmen We've looked at used vehicles before at Defouw, but found what we wanted elsewhere. Came back a year later, when it was time to replace another one of our vehicles to Defouw to the same salesman, because we remembered how well he treated us before, and never pressured us. Mike Brown is quite knowledgeable about the cars they sell, has practical advice and was very comfortable to talk to. We will always come here now, and nowhere else. The team at DeFouw is the best ! I drove 2 hours from Anderson to get to DeFouw and purchase the car of my dreams. Nothing about the experience or the car was disappointing. Ben Mullikin is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with plenty. The details were all worked out beforehand so I spent minimal time at the dealer.
