Great, friendly service We found our recent auto purchase at DeFouw to be a pleasant experience, thanks in large part to the friendly salesperson, Dennis Romack, who made us very comfortable.
Scott and Tina our salesman Chad Timmons was very professional , friendly, respectful and not pushy. Chad made our buying experience very enjoyable and Chad worked tirelessly to find exactly what we wanted. He didnt have an exact truck on the lot but found exactly what we wanted the next day and got it. We will definitely be purchasing our next truck from Chad and the DeFouw Chevrolet dealership,
Easy purchase Great experience buying at this dealership. I would easily recommend to family and friends. I did everything over the phone and they had my paperwork ready to sign when I arrived. The car was cleaned and ready to go with a full tank of gas.
