Was looking for a good used car with low mileage . Found a 2012 rav4 at defouw with the right milage and a fair market value. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with!!

Choose Your Salesperson Wisely Our experience with Dan Landes is why I can only rate the CS at 2 stars. Dan attempted to sell the vehicle we wanted, knowing we were coming in the next morning to purchase the same vehicle. I told him we wanted to work with Joe Atkinson, since Joe had been with us since the beginning, but we'd be in the next morning. No mention was made of putting a deposit down to hold the van. Great experience buying new truck at Defouw Chevy We came from about an hour and a half away to check out a truck we had found on the Defouw website. Pam Strain was great to work with. She had the truck ready for a test drive when we arrived and working with Pam made whole process a great experience.
