Shopping made easy Our sales person (Ron P) was wonderful and Business Mgr. (Dan K.) was very helpful and made the paperwork very easy to get through. Very much appreciate these two men for all they did for us.

2019 Subaru Forester Sport I bought a 2019 Subaru Forester from DeFouw a couple of days ago. The entire process from first contact to leaving the dealership was quick and easy. I had to cancel my first appointment due to work issues popping up and the folks at DeFouw were extremely accommodating. The pricing was on point. All the financials were transparent and explained to my satisfaction. Could not be happier. I'd like to thank Dru, Smile, Noel, and Bailey for such a positive experience.

Great Experience We had a great experience. I started out talking to Jessica in internet sales and she answered my questions and was a big help. My salesman was Joe Atkinson and he was so kind and frie3ndly. He showed us and helped us with all the features on the car we selected. Dan in finance was very professional. Everyone made this a great experience !!

Larry R. Bennett The Sales and Business manager were very knowledgeable, confident and efficient. I would recommend this dealership. The only disappointment was that not all the sales personnel wore "mask" as a courtesy to me. When the CDC, AMA and Governor all recommend mask in public I would expect any retail establishment to require not only their workers but their customers as well to wear a mask. A minor inconvenience.

When our staff is busy, wearing their mask can slip their mind. I will bring this up to management to ensure it is enforced.
