Best Purchasing Experience Ever Best buying experience ever. I had the pleasure of working with Cesni Ennis at DeFouw BMW. I was interested in a vehicle that they had got in but had a part that had been recalled. She was honest and let me know that they were still waiting on the part that had been recalled. Great experience Our salesman, Nick Simpson was awesome.He and the sales manager Mike welcomed us and took time to get to know us. Also met and had a couple of conversations with Grant Gernhardt. Service Department The Service Department is very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I had NO IDEA why my tire's had green tire stem caps. They explained to me that my tire's had nitrous oxide in them so that is the reason for the green stem caps. The service department is very friendly from Samantha Marshall all the way down to the techs.
