Best dealership in Lafayette Indiana by far. Would never deal with any dealer but DeFouw. They treat you with respect and listen to your needs. They don't try to sale you what you don't want or need.
Very Pleased with service desk and repairs made. I was very pleased with the work, with service personnel, and was made to feel like a valued customer. When I asked to have the repair/part replacement explained, they did so very clearly and professionally. I will be back to have my Corvette serviced at DeFouw.
Really stood behind their car I purchased a used bmw 328i from defouw in as-is condition with no warranty. A few days after purchased I noticed a slight high pitched noise. I took it to a local shop and they diagnosed it as a bad differential. I was very upset because it was going to be an expensive repair. I called Defouw to see if they could do anything.
