A+ [Non-]Customer Service I worked with Cesni Ennis at DeFouw. She promised to find me the car of my dreams--and delivered on that promise. And I didn't even purchase the vehicle through her. By using tools that were unavailable to me, she found my 'unicorn' vehicle at a different BMW dealer and led me to it. She didn't make a dime by doing this, but she made a young professional extremely happy. If that's not superior customer service, I'm not sure what is.
Excellent Customer Service My parents' just bought two cars here not too long ago and I just recently did. The customer service is always EXCELLENT. I am actually from out of town and was only in Lafayette for a few days. Definitely a Family type of environment The minute I walked into Bill DeFouw Chevrolet I was greeted by the sales personnel immediately and was told I'd be given the best deal possible towards my vehicle purchase. Everyone was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicle I inquired about all the way up to my purchase of a new vehicle. By the time I left that evening I'd felt I've made a few friends. Definitely a feeling of family and a wonderful experience.
