Great service They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable of my car. They were very friendly and took care of all my needs and questions.

2017 Chevrolet Traverse LT2 I dread car shopping because of past experience, including past experience at DeFouw. However, this experience with Melissa Henning and her manager at DeFouw was a very good one. Great Customer Based Service They did an awesome job showing me the vehicles i was interested in and also in helping me get financed. I recommend talking with Andy McNeany because he makes sure the customers needs are met and goes above and beyond to help the customer find not only what they want but what best fits their needs. Dennis and Grant Gerhardt have built a great team and they pass on that great attitude to their customers. I will definitely be going back even though I live 5 hours away.
