I went there to look at a new car and was told to leave before I could even get parked. very rude people. first they had the public road blocked off. then told me leave because they assumed I was trying to pass through the parking lot.

They ruined my car at the bmw maintenance. I went in for a alignment and when leaving the tech mentioned that when u hit the gas the battery light comes on. I took it out the door and immediately drove it back in. I have never had a problem with my battery light. Let them diagnose it and they said battery and alternator. The car at this point won’t even turn on. I replaced both and still won’t turn on. They blame it on being old and having miles but it’s not just a coincidence. This is the second time we've received poor service mainly due to poor communication. We went in for a tire change and it took nearly 3 hours though no one else was in the service department ahead of us. No one approached us to provide updates on why it was taking so long. After assessing our vehicle we should have received an overview of what what's required and how long it would take. Arrived for my service appointment where I'd been promised a loaner vehicle beforehand. Was told I'd have to wait because he was busy with other clients, clerk also lied to me initially stating they did not give out loaners on the weekend. Proceeded to make me wait 45 mins for my loaner when he did finally give me the keys he suggested I wait because my car would be ready in twenty minutes. Something seriously has changed. Needed a simple signal light bulb changed. They would not give me an appointment for over a week. The cost would be $40.00. I went over to Hunts and they changed it in 3 minutes at no charge. I have been trying to call the manger at BMW of Mobile for over a week. His only response was sending me an incorrect email. Never have I seen such a confused Sales Staff. It took two visits of long waiting for my Salesman NOT to get me the info I needed. My Salesman was really good but no one could get him the information he needed to make a sale. I feel bad for him as he did not make the sale. I finally asked to see the GM (the sales manager was always tied up) to see why it was taking so long as a last chance. The service department has the worst customer service and service department that I have ever come across. This is my 2nd BMW and I will never own another because if this service department. I have had the same service issue for over 3 years and every time I take it in, they say no problem found and try to sell me everything but what is needed to fix my problem. Worse place to have car serviced EVER! Dropped off my 428i on Friday and came to get it Monday afternoon, car still wasn't ready. Was told to come back Tuesday! Showed back up Tuesday to pick up my 428i with a cracked windshield! It was NOT dropped off like that! I even had my windshield wipers a repaired! Thanks BMW of Mobile you just lost my business!
