Sold me a vehicle on a promise that an issue would be taken care of. Issues was not taken care of. after three separate occasions of driving 2 hours to the dealership, they told me it was unfixable. Took it to a local mechanic who fixed it on the first try, which cost me $300. Then they called to inform me that they left my spare tire out of my vehicle while servicing it, and that I needed to come pick it up. I am thankful to the team at BMW of Mobile. I drove 596 miles back home for them to help me. I am telling you no matter where I am located. I will only go there for my BMW until they take my license. I have so much respect for my friends there at BMW that is not enough words that can express for my appreciation for what they did for me. #leaserookie no more..

They are great about scheduling and providing courtesy vehicles. It’s a pristine shop. Last time I was in I requested an oil change and a full detail. I looked to spend around 300.00 max. I was told I need various filters. I agreed to that and agreed to the costs of what I was told was filters. I got my invoice and had been charged 100ish for a 79.00 oil change. The oil change included a free visual repair. The free oil change was line itemed along with another “customer requested visual inspection” that I was charged 124.95... read more

When my thermostat failed, a different shop refilled my cooling system with the incorrect type coolant. BMW of Mobile assured me that two cooling system flushes would remedy the problem, so I agreed to the work. Wrong! My coolant is still green, not blue. And, I’m out $277. Not too happy that they don’t check their work!

The service staff was great. Russell kept me informed along the way. However, it took 8 days to repair my BMW. I brought it in on a Thursday and a tech wasn’t able to get to it until the following Wednesday. It then took until Friday morning to receive and install the parts. I understand having to order parts. They can’t stock every part, but the Chevy, Volvo and Lexus dealers I dealt with on those vehicle were much faster in terms of getting a tech on the car. Usually same day. If that was a fluke, you’ll have to show me.
