BMW of Mobile is the biggest scam game in the business. If they can screw you they will. They sold me a car that was a total lemon After taking it to the service the head of the service told me that they had told the sales people that the particular car could not be sold. So they sold it to me. now after having to threaten getting a lawyer they say all they can do is find me something else but that they won't give me my money back. I made an appointment at BMW Mobile to get my car looked at and fixed while I was on the road and away from my home dealership. I told them I would wait for it to get fixed and after about two hours or so I asked if it was fixed. They apologized and said they haven’t even looked at it and didn’t realize I was waiting for it. The service manager told me just because I made an appointment at10:00 doesn’t mean they would look at it at that time. Extremely disappointed with the sales manager, sales team and Dealership in general. As a certified TrueCar buying dealership, I wouldn’t waste your time. I now understand why your entire sales team that we previously dealt with has since left. Please consider Galleria BMW or ANY other dealership for that matter. And yes we previously bought a 2015 X5 5.0 from them...

Although I love My car, there service department the last 2 visits With them I was not satisfied. My car is a 2006 and I believe because it’s an older car It’s not a priority for them. I only took my care for the recalls. My appt was at 10:15 and I was told it would not take long. I left the car there. I called at 4 because I didn’t hear anything from John. Buyer beware!! This dealership is out for finically gain only. They do this by selling extended warranties, described by their financial manager at time of purchase, that do not meet all the situations described by the manager. In our case it was Bob. Then when we actually need to use this extended warranty we are told it doesn’t cover what was described. Of course I make the manager of the dealership, Scott Davis, aware of this deceptive approach they used in the hopes they would “make it right” and do the “right thing”. Un... read more

For 5 years I have only had positive experiences at this service department. You will not be treated this well anywhere else.
