this is worse dealer ever. I went in for a service on a oil leak, they had it fix, but there is other leak from the oil gasket pan. I am not going to buy other BMW or have my vehicle service at this place. Your best idea is go with Audi. its much better vehicle than the BMW. I just bought a brand new 2015 Audi Q7. its way better than the BMW. and it has all the package I want.
