Absolutely worst purchase experience EVER! You would think that buying an $80,000 car that they would bend over backwards for you. We have done all the bending. First of all, car not even a month old and engine light comes on. We bring car in and leave it for 3 days, also to get rim touched up due to curb rash. We purchased warranty for things such as that. When car was picked up, I was charged $162.00 for the rim repair, I also asked them about paperwork being sent to Mississippi for car tag and was looked at by finance peo... read more

Went to purchase a vehicle and it was the worst service ever!!!! I spent 6 hours waiting to have the finance manger walk out and cuss at me. Told me I could take my business else where. Believe me this dealer ship is so unprofessional. Will never do business there again.

They suck bought 3 2013 x6 at one time for companies vehicle two white one black we also bought the extra warranty that includes special roadside service among other things well we wanted it on a certain car,my wife's cause she travels more than other two cars saleswoman put on wrong car ,we called Bmw of mobile to change it they refused to,I should have made my wife drive the white one but she loves black and her x6 had different features that she liked.also took in for oil change on her black x6 they washed and waxed the c... read more

As of this time it's the worst place that I I have ever bought a car. July 9 2015 bought a certified 528i, but it wasn't certified. It has many problems non are being fixed, now the paperwork says it's certified on 9/29/15, funny because they never had the the car to look at it.

Never buy a car from this place. I recently purchased a X5 in March. It was used. Now I'm paying $1600 to fix a problem that should have been noticed before sold. I actually went to tut dealership in Birmingham and they could not believe that this wasn't fixed. I called to see if they would fix and they told my tough break. The manager chuck hodges was so rude. He told me "well that's what happens when you buy that car. You didn't pay full price so hopefully this will be the only thing you have to spend." We are very sorry for not meeting your expectations. Unfortunately with older high mileage vehicles there can be issues that arise. There is no warranty that can cover 100,000 mile vehicles and these vehicles are sold as is.

Something has changed at this dealership. Today I found out that the General Manager is new but he is unavailable because he has gone to Las Vegas for a week...huh???... the service department used to be expensive but reliable and dealt with the customer in a professional manner......now it remains only expensive. What you are told in terms of waits etc is unreliable and in fact...a new attitude exists that is "in your face".... They are the only dealership so if you want to drive BMW's you must just grin and endure......but... read more
