Drove from LA to Escondido. Car was prepped and ready to go. Expert explained all and even put air in the car I drove down in. Ask for Peter the Manager, great guy!
It took time to get to a number we could agree, but in that time we got there. I am very happy with the car and payment. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the ride out to dinner tonight.
I went to BMW of Escondido to check out one of the used cars in their inventory. Nabi was absolutely fantastic, I could not have asked for a better sales person. Knowledgeable, fast responses to all my questions and easy to work out the numbers with. If you go to BMW of Escondido, definitely ask for him!
Jack was very helpful both during and after the sale to make sure you were happy with your car. He gave me his personal attention after the sale by following up during the time the service department had the car to insure I was satisfied with everything. Jack is an outstanding Salesman and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
We were not looking for a BMW, but had to drive past on our way to other dealers and decided to stop in. We had a great experience from the test drive to the acquisition of a pre-owned vehicle that met our "wish list" requirements. The entire process was easy and pleasant. Jack was fun and very enjoyable to work with. Our whole family loved him.
Felipe was absolutely amazing in his assistance to find the perfect vehicle for me. I stopped by to see the latest offers for leasing a new 3 series and trading in mine. Felipe did everything he could do to make it happen and make sure I was satisfied. He was patient and made sure I left satisfied. I ended up leaving by leasing a new 2017 3 series. Would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a BMW.
The services are great even after we have visited 4 times. Staff members are patient , courteous, sincere. We like the fact that they are willing to work with us on our different choices and have the patience to walk us through various finance options. The encore delivery hands-on session is very helpful too.

Our salesperson, Felipe, listened carefully and was attentive to every detail. After I described the car I wanted, he went to work finding it for me, and I had it within 24 hours! I also have to say that the "geniuses" were equally as nice and amazing. I also appreciated Peter, the sales manager, being so easily accessible and helpful. So far, I would highly recommend Escondido BMW . . . that is, if you appreciate concierge service . . .
