John was the service advisor on the 325i recall of the tail lights. He was very friendly & courteous. Most of all, he was very helpful with the recall service. Thank you.

Going into service ina dealership is always a hassle, however Michael Duplessis makes it a really easy. I loved the past 2 visits with Michael. He is easy to talk to & he listens.

Amanda and Sheri are extremely professional and their service is outstanding. After a disappointing and unprofessional experience at another San Diego based BMW dealership, I was very pleased with the results of my experience with Amanda and Sheri and would highly recommended them to anyone looking to lease or purchase a BMW.
I was helped out as soon as I got there. Amanda fought for me to get the best possible price. She took all aspects into consideration. She also got me more for my trade in than I htought was possible. Amanda made sure my car was loaded too! She was very helpful and knowlegdable about everything. It was a very comfortable sale. There was no pressure.
Normally I find dealing with auto dealerships a very distasteful experience. From the sales people, to the finance people, to the service people, they don't seem to understand the proper way to treat customers and that knowledgable and courteous service goes a long way to maintaining a profitable customer base. I have purchased or leased 5 BMWs from Escondido BMW (Brecht) since 2002. My last sales adviser was no longer there so I began working with Sheri Martinez. Sheri is a true professional and one of the nicest ladies you'll ever meet ! She is a busy lady but was always able to accommodate my business travel schedule.
