Mike was excellent,went above and beyond A++ The car was finished early,washed and ready. Mike kept me apprised throughout the process and even rush ordered a tire for me. I would not hesitate to return both for service and also to purchase a new BMW This is not the first time that I have visited this dealer and definitley will not be my last.
I have been coming to this dealership for 10 years. They continuously have provided great service, have a friendly supportive staff. I recently had my battery die while on the road and once jumpstarted by AAA, I drove straight to the dealership and they immediately got me right in for service!
Cliff was very helpful, he went above and beyond to take care of the details. When he realized that I could not come back to the dealership to pick up some things I forgot, he took it upon himself to drive 15 some miles to my house to drop it off. You could tell that he cared about making a long term client that just a one term deal and I think he succeeded in doing that.
Cliff was wonderful in helping us recover from a bad deal at another BMW dealer in San Diego. He was very good at follow up, which to me is of key importance. He worked to get us into a much more desirable BMW. The entire staff is great! Thank you Cliff!
This is not the first time I go to have my mini serviced and everytime I go in everyone is very nice. Bryan Sanford is the associate that helped me and he was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had to leave my mini and they were very quick to get me a loaner.
John has always been very helpful during several service visits I have had over the past few years. My car is always done on time, and correctly on the first visit. I would highly recommend John to anyone in need of BMW service or maintenance. I have dealt with the service and parts departments of this dealer for many years, and am always impressed on how friendly and eager they are to be of assistance.
I bought my vehicle elsewhere but I have been bringing my car to BMW of Escondido for service. I must say I am very impressed, Harris is great to work with and always returns my calls promptly. If you are looking for service this is the place to go! Plus Rachel is pretty good to look at while I am waiting for my car.
After talking to Mike , I was relieved having someone to talk to regarding my car problem with out being overwhelmed to how much I will be spending for repair. He was able to explain well the problem and what needed to be done...Very friendly,and nice.
Be sure to book ahead for a loaner vehicle. Great service from check in to check out! Harris is great and always on top of things and making recommendations. The follow-up is quick and detailed so you know what is being done to your vehicle and when it will be ready!
