We were out test driving electrics and hybrids to replace my old gas-guzzler. We started with the Prius as a base for comparison, but nothing topped this BMW i3. I love this car, we were blown away by the test drive. Now my fiance and I are always arguing over who gets to drive. The service staff was so helpful, showing us the different options and whether they were honestly valuable for us and our use. Well organized. Outstanding experience. Fair price. Website stock matched what is on the lot. Many dealers lure you in and claim the car is sold, a dishonest sales tactic.

I couldn't have been more indecisive when I showed up at BMW of Alexandria 3 weeks ago. Paul was SO very patient with me and didn't once make me feel like I was wasting his time. I drove off in my new BMW 640 XI yesterday and couldn't be happier. I chose a BMW because of it's reputation but I will chose Paul again for my next one because of his reputation. He earned my business for sure. My financial advisor made the buying process very easy. I definitely recommend BMW of Alexandria.

Hugo Cox was very professional & courteous. He was knowledgeable about the car & made you feel very comfortable. If you were on the line about the car you came to look at & test drive, after conversing w/ him you were ready to purchase. The person was in charge of the paperwork also made u feel at ease and also made informative recommendations. Leigh who gave us the overall functions of the car was also courteous & well spoken. I just get a brand new BMW X1 and i can easily admit that i have received a top notch service by Rami and he showed me 4-5 different type of Bmw to make sure i will get the best fit to my budget and like. I highly reccomend this dealer if you ever decide to buy a Bmw!

I am still amazed at how smooth and quick the purchase process took while buying my car at BMW of Alexandria. After a few email exchanges with Hugo Coz, the car was prepped and ready for pick up. I would definitely recommend the dealership and send people to Hugo. His fellow staff members were awesome as well.

I highly recommend working with Osman A. and BMW of Alexandria. Osman made the experience enjoyable and efficient. He was a great advocate for our situation and helped secure the best car for the best price. I also look forward to working with Osman over the coming years as we have the car serviced and ultimately transition to a new one.
