This BMW dealership was wonderful! They always had coffee and beverages ready, and it was a very clean environment. Nabil was a spectacular salesman, he did more than we could have ever asked. He was attentive to all our needs and preferences, and always was ready to help us with a smile on his face. He is a perfect 10! I would strongly recommend BMW of Alexandria as our experience there this week was by far the most delightful purchasing experience to date. As we owned over 50 cars in our lifetime, we consider ourselves experienced car buyers/owners. Hugo Coz was excellent in customer service. We purchased our car through the USAA buying service. My sales adviser, Molly Dickerson, was great to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure my experience of buying my first BMW was better than I ever expected. The entire process was quick and easier. I got the car with all of the features I wanted and was out of the door in less than 2 hours. To anyone looking for a new BMW I recommend going to BMW of Alexandria and ask for Molly Dickerson.

Again, I have nothing but the highest praise for my most recent service visit. Service Advisor Dena Van provided excellent, professional help, from greeting me, taking my information, arranging for a loaner car, and calling me the next day when it was ready. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that just before leaving, when Dena was busy with another customer, another (female) Service Advisor whose name I forgot (1st work station on left when you enter their area) kindly synchronized my Android phone to my car's phone syst... read more

I was fortunate to run across Paul 3 years ago while I was letting my fingers do the walking on the keyboard while trying to save time and get a great deal. Paul worked with me online and by the time I arrived at the dealership, I had to walk in and sign the papers and drive off with my new X6. Here it is almost 3 years later and I get an E-mail from Paul, basically offering to give me a new car for the same price that I paid 3 years ago. I generally don't write reviews. I am making an exception here because of the service I received. I have had my 2014 X5 3.5 xdrive (with the M Sport Package) since June 2014. Extremely happy with it. Paul Blakeman was great to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, and also kept me from buying options that I didn't really need. Paul also followed up to make sure everything was going well after the purchase. I would highly recommend Paul Blakeman and this dealership to anyone!
