Hugo Coz provided outstanding customer service during the sale of my car. He was tasked with pleasing not only me but my mother and brother as well and he did not disappoint. I had no intention of buying a car that day, in fact I had left my car at home. After reviewing the numbers I couldn't pass up the deal. Hugo answered all of our questions and there was no pressure to rush the sale. He has even provided excellent follow-up after the sale. I would highly recommend BMW of Alexandria and Hugo Coz.

Having owned several BMWs, this purchase experience from the time of contact to the time of delivery was beyond comparison to any other purchases. Nabil Haddad called me the very next morning after I submitted a request that evening for a particular configuration of a 328d Xdrive sedan. Hello, I was on my way back to Raleigh after visiting family in the D.C. area. I planned to combine this trip with placing a custom order for a new 2015 BMW X1. Paul was very responsive to my inquiry through email contacts. I had described the vehicle we were interested in buying and he was able to find the exact car in the time constraint we presented.
