Traded in my X3 for a new X5 M Sport over the weekend. My salesperson Jeff Rodriguez was extremely knowledgeable about the X5 and took considerable time to show me a number of different options. He was patient and courteous and facilitated a smooth, no-drama transaction.

Took delivery of a 2016 X5 last week and this was my second vehicle purchased from BMW of Alexandria (previous purchase was a 2012 650i). Both times I dealt with Rahmi Erkan who was both knowledgeable and great to work with. The dealership itself, which I've used for servicing on the previous vehicle, is always ready to be of service and to make the customer feel welcome and taken care of. Price was fair with respect to the trade-in and the discount on the new car.

I started with a TrueCar estimate and Jeff Rodriguez was quick to call me. We setup an appointment for the next day. I sent him email ahead of what I wanted and he had cars ready for me to test drive -- even some that were not yet on their web site as available inventory. The whole process was smooth and easy, no pressure, answers for all of my questions.
