I reached out to 2 dealerships within my search and Hugo responded rather than sending me a generic automatic response. We ironed out the details and Hugo was prepared once I got to the dealership. This saved time and showed the professionalism of Hugo. An issue with the vehicle came up and the sales rep was able to provide me with a few options so that I could make the best decision for my vehicle purchase. This was by far the best financed car purchase I have ever made thanks to Hugo Coz and the team at BMW Alexandria.

Hugo was honest and up front from the very beginning. I actually was going to do business with another dealership and left them to go to Hugo. He was not trying to strong arm me into anything. He was simply able to offer me the best deal with no pressure, and I took it. I look forward to working with him again.

This is the second purchase I've made with Kevin Mahoney. The first was for me, this was for my wife. Kevin is an extremely thorough and knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicles. He isn't looking simply to sell you a car just to sell you a car. He asks the right questions and with his experience can generally answer, steer you in the right direction or solve most issues relating to the car. I was super nervous about going to the car dealership alone as a women. I've heard all the rumors! Luck for me I met Paul, he was about making sure I got want I wanted, not just trying to make a sale. None of that let me go back and talk to my manager gig 1000 times! It was painless, and did not take all day! Thanks Paul, I am super excited about my new car!

I met Paul a week and a half ago while I was having my vehicle serviced at BMW of Alexandria. During our conversation Paul displayed his vast knowledge of the BMW brand as well as his passion for the vehicles. This was my easiest car-buying yet. Overall service here is great - especially Paul. I felt bad because we had to come in the evening after we got home from work, so we ended up wrapping up after they closed. Despite this, Paul (our sales guy) stayed late until everything was done. He was *super* friendly and took his time to finish everything perfectly. We will be back to BMW and Paul for our next one!

I cannot rate my experience with Paul Blakeman anything other than magnificence. Had an extremely bad interaction with my local dealership and decided to venture a little further and all I can say is wow. Paul was a superstar and went over and above to help me buy the car of my dreams. Love my x5 and he has a customer for life.
