I am extremely impressed by the professional demeanor and knowledgeable that Danika displayed while helping me with my X5 routine maintaince. I used to go to thier old building in Arlington. but in the last couple months they have moved into this new beautiful building that has a very modernized and state of the art service department with flat screens mounted to the walls a fabulous coffee machine, and very professional employees added to their team. I guarantee you will get the true BMW experience in this place.
I highly recommend Paul (who is truely THE car guy). As a repeat buyer (3rd BMW from Arlington), I had high expectations on customer service and price. Paul exceeded my expectations. Paul Blakeman and the entire staff at BMW of Arlington are great. Would highly recommend. From the GM, Used Car manager to the salemen was a great experience. Traded my 2010 M3 for a smaller BMW. Paul recommended BMW financing which saved me even more money with the current specials BMW is providing.
