I was looking for a new BMW 3 Series for my wife. Made an initial contact with Paul over the phone and he invited us to the showroom for viewing the new 3 Series models. Our experience at this dealership was great in no small part because of our salesman Paul. He was helpful and but never pushy and relaly listened and responded to our requests. He made the experience a great one. I would definitely recommend asking for him at this dealership! It will be worth the wait!

Originally went to BMW Fairfax but left after salesman knew less about the car that I was interested in than I did. Also went to Sterling but found the environment to be less than friendly. Ended up at Alexandria and couldn't be happier. My wife, who is generally both skeptical of and intimidated by salesmen, was instantly impressed with and disarmed by Paul Blakeman. Customer Service was impeccable from the beginning of my journey! Paul, who is MY car Guy, was awesome from the first initial phone call to the time I drove off the lot in my 750LI. Tabitha was an expert on her knowledge of BMW and a delight to share my first car buying experience with. GET THE CILAJET! First Class all the way. I cant wait to go back and get another car just to experience the service again. I'm so happy to be apart of the BMW family!

BMW of Alexandria was the fourth dealership I visited on the day of my purchase. By far, Paul was the best dealer that I encountered. The other dealers were nice when showing me the cars, but pushy. I did not feel pressure at all from Paul and instead he was only helpful. For example, while the other dealers felt compelled to sit in the car while I test drove, Paul afforded me the courtesy to test drive on my own. He also was very quick in responding to some questions I had after already purchasing the car.

I initially attempted to purchase this vehicle from Russell BMW in Baltimore and my experience with this particular dealership was awful. I considered not purchasing a BMW product however I recalled when I was shopping around for vehicles I spoke with a sales rep from Alexandria BMW Paul Blakeman and my initial contact with him was rather pleasant. Therefore, I called him and we spoke and he convinced me to do business with him. My experience with Paul was pleasant and he provided my wife and I with excellent service.

I had a very smooth transaction with my car buying process thanks to Paul being knowledgeable and helpful with the logistics of the situation! His customer service and follow up was outstanding. I would recommend him and the dealership for a "hassle-free" car buying experience!

Great dealership and a great salesperson. I would highly recommend using Paul for all you BMW needs. I have tried many other deals and none compare to these guys. I personally will use them again in the future and I would be willing to drive as I did before to use them anytime I needed a car.

Enjoyed working with Paul and Tabitha. Very smooth transaction. Would definitely recommend and would go back to buy another vehicle in the future. Very nice car dealership. The entire staff was extremely friendly and everything happened as described on the phone by Paul Blakeman.
