Jason is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and personable salesman I have dealt with in the car industry or otherwise. He was quickly able to identify what car he had available that would best fit what I was looking for. From the time I walked onto the lot to the time I was out of the finance office was probably slightly over 1.5 hours which in my experience is incredible. I will gladly refer business to him and speak with him before personally making another vehicle purchase.
I recently purchased a used BMW 135 at BMW of Arlington and could not have been more pleased with the attention and service I received there. In particular, the salesman was fantastic. His name is Paul Blakeman, and at every step of the process he made it clear that he was there to help me find the car I wanted (not just one that he wanted to sell). I cannot overstate the quality of service I received from Paul. I recommend him without hesitation.
It was very good working with Paul Blakeman, who I knew from HBL. I am impressed with his enthusiasm, knowledge, and sense of humor. I was very satisfied with this transaction. In addition, I am satisfied with the car so far.
The dealership was very friendly and accommodating. Paul helped find a car that was exactly what I was looking for and worked with the price to match where my budget was. One issue that I was not very happy about was the dealerships unwillingness to match the price that carmax had offered me for my vehicle; so i had to drive out to carmax, sell my car and return to the dealership with the check... which took around 2 hours. Paul was extremely friendly and helpful from the beginning, and he quickly found the vehicle I was looking for. I have little to criticize about my sales visit, and my husband bought a car from him the very next day. Paul went above and beyond in finding me a formidable price. Suggestions I would give: I did not have floor mats in my car when I purchased them. I was called to pick them up and they were given to me still in the package. I came in on a Sunday night looking to explore a few scenerios for trading up to a new BMW, and came away the next day very satisfied with a done deal, the right car and the right process. Paul Blakeman, my salesman, did a terrific job sheparding the whole thing for me, which was particulary helpful given my busy work and personal schedules. Great dealership!!! Here they deliver the BMW experience all day long. I bought a new bmw 5 series in black. Good deal on the car and got a great finance plan, they threw in new floor pads and a free detail with my first service on the car. I enjoyed spending my time here at BMW of Arlington.
I purchased a BMW from this dealer and I have to say this is by far the best service and experience I could imagine, and I have dealt with a lot of dealerships. They sent me some pictures of the car that showed the vehicle condition, features, and even a nice explaination on how to use the features of the car. All these were very helpful in making a decision on purchasing the vehicle.
