I bought my firsst Bmw from bmw of arlington, and i couldnt have chosen a better place to do it. I was very impressed with the vast array of different selection they had. the showroom was clean with great cars to look at. the salesman was friendly and knowlegable about the cars. I took a couple test drives and the whole process was very smooth. The prices where defineltly very reasonable. Their Internet deptartment at BMW of arlington is great! Fast response times and they were actually personal emails sent to me rather than just a bunch of auto-generated templates that a lot of dealers seem to use. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car! Even if you are just looking for info the best place would be here.
Basicly I was in Va for training from work and on my last day of training my starter went on my BMW Convertible. I was quite distressed being 320 miles from home with no tow service or AAA. I found BMW of Arlington online and called and got the service rider, who went out of his way to call the Tow Company as I was quite upset still. It was about 3:45pm on a Friday .He got 3 techs to stay and he stayed as well...he brought us up to get some dinner while we waited..and they got the job done in about 2.5 hours. I live about an hour away from BMW of Arlington but that hasn't stopped me from trying. Repeatedly.The service managers are enthusiastic and passionate about cars. I like that in a salesman, especially with evocative cars like BMW's. He has worked hard for me every time I've tried to put something together and I continue to call him back. I'd give them a shot... These people are worth driving an hour for to make sure that my car runs in great shape.
I bought a fantastic black on tan BMW X3 and I love the car. My Experience at BMW of arlington was nothing short of wonderfull. From the minute I steped into the showreoom to the last minutes of signing papers and so on. The staff was professional, smart and patient. I didn't feel bullied or pressured in making any kind of desions. I will come back here for service and I hope to have the same experience.
This dealer is open on Saturdays like I'm accustomed to and the professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the aforementioned service advisor is top tier! Yes, they are affortable too. They don't just start replacing parts at my expense until it gets fixed because they don't have a clue. I believe that the GM of this dealership is engaged and pushes for excellence. I'd recommend starting your relationship with the dealership through their website. I've talked to all Northern Virginia deals by initiating contact with the Internet Sales Manager. Every representative I've dealt with has been very patient and customer focused. Allison was great in terms of professionalism and efficiency. We called her about 10 minutes before our arrival at the dealership, and she had everything ready for my wife and myself. I have to e36's and never frequent the dealers for anything, except dealer specific parts. BMW of Arlington has been pleasant to work with; however their part prices are double yes two times more than BMW's suggested list price. For small trim pieces, I use them. Anything else use Tischer BMW ( 20% off list).
