Purchased a loaded 2017 530ix from BMW of Alexandria. Overall experience was excellent. Worked with Salesperson Lila, who was not only very knowledgeable but extremely nice and easy to work with. No pressure sale and I believe, a very fair price.

This is our first vehicle purchased at this dealership and it was the easiest, no hassle experience we've every had. Over the years, my husband and I have been fortunate to purchase several vehicles and this experience topped them all. Jeff was helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. This is my second vehicle purchased at this dealership. Both transactions were the smoothest purchases I have ever experienced. My sales consultant Jeff was helpful and easy to work with. After the purchase, Michael (BMW Genius client advisor) familiarized me with the new car technology: explained and demonstrated how to use the dashboard electronics. After this experience last Sunday, I came home in a good mood with an awesome car! I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

Great service from start to finish. Kanchan Sedhai was a great sales person and a pleasure to do business with. Michael Wilbert (BMW Genius) is one of the coolest guys I have met and he was so helpful explaining the various features of the car.

Rahmi was the most patient and knowledgeable car salesman I've ever dealt with. I had a lot of questions and he was so patient with me in answering them. I ended up going to the dealership a few times to test drive vehicles to make sure I was getting what I wanted and not to jump into buying a car. Each time he worked with me to tell me what each option and package provided. He told me the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying. Outstanding service and customer service from a truly professional group of individuals. My car buying experience was made easy and Paul worked with me throughout the process to provide me what i desired in a new car. I was also impressed at how Michael took the time to introduce me to my new car. Finally i must acknowledge the dealership as a whole as the employees always took the time to answer my questions and make me feel as if i were family.
