Purchased a loaded 2017 530ix from BMW of Alexandria. Overall experience was excellent. Worked with Salesperson Lila, who was not only very knowledgeable but extremely nice and easy to work with. No pressure sale and I believe, a very fair price.

This is my second vehicle purchased at this dealership. Both transactions were the smoothest purchases I have ever experienced. My sales consultant Jeff was helpful and easy to work with. After the purchase, Michael (BMW Genius client advisor) familiarized me with the new car technology: explained and demonstrated how to use the dashboard electronics. Rahmi was the most patient and knowledgeable car salesman I've ever dealt with. I had a lot of questions and he was so patient with me in answering them. I ended up going to the dealership a few times to test drive vehicles to make sure I was getting what I wanted and not to jump into buying a car. Outstanding service and customer service from a truly professional group of individuals. My car buying experience was made easy and Paul worked with me throughout the process to provide me what i desired in a new car. I was also impressed at how Michael took the time to introduce me to my new car.
