We are a return customer and even though they were terrific the first time, they have gotten even better. Our salesman was Rahmi Erkan. He is the best. He didn't try to sell us a car, he listened to what we wanted and guided us to the best possible option we could have chosen in minimal time. He worked hard to answer every question and was very responsive to every request we had. Jeff Rodriguez great sales service he even looked after our two year old daughter while we handled the final paperwork with the finance manager. Quick and Amazing our daughter sat in every car and got to color while at Jeff's desk. We are Very happy with the car.

Bought my 1 BMW and will not be that last one. Rahmi is the best client advisor ever, He went out a took the time to choose the right car for my wife which she is very particular went choosing when other option are available. This dealership is incredible on all levels. The person who helped with our purchase of a vehicle, Nabile Haadad, is now a good friend because he treated us like family. Not only that but they worked with us until the purchase was right for us. The service department has always been fast and explains everything in detail - very knowledgeable. The people working the loaner car desk get things done in a timely manner even when they are busy. The facility is immaculate!

Staff is on time, knowledgeable, courteous, customer-focused. Kept me informed as my new car was coming in, answered every question. I've dealt with other BMWs in the Washington D.C. metro area -- BMW of Alexandria is clearly the best.
