Very satisfied. This was my first BMW car purchase and Tom Clark made it a very enjoyable and relaxed experience. Everybody there treated me with the utmost respect which I can't say about the other BMW dealership I visited. I highly recommend Winslow BMW and I will be going back there for future BMW purchases.
I'm on my second car from Winslow, and they've been great! When I bought the first one, I actually did drive up to Denver to take a look and found the dealership up there much harder to work with. I will definitely be buying again from Neil and Bill.
Excellent customer service, sales department (Bob Evans) was very patient and understanding. The service department listens carefully and resolves all problems in a reasonable amount of time. Chris the Service Manager is also great to work with resolving any issues or problems. All my service concerns have been satisified 100%!
Picked up my BMW last week. Very thorough in explaining the features of my new car and taking the time to answer any questions I had.
Process was simple and painless other than taking a while to completed the paper work. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family.
We have purchased three BMW's from Bob Evans at BMW Winslow in Colorado Springs and getting ready to purchase the fourth. Bob continues to keep our families best interest at heart from me to my husband and our two daughters. It is a relationship that has developed over the past three years and will continue for years to come. The entire staff from Bob in sales to the financing dept to the service dept are exceptional.
We just bought our 4th car from these guys and they have always been very friendly and have that "small town" welcome when you walk in. Jim Carlson is our sales guy and he knows everything about each car we have looked at from the inside out. As for price, they have always been honest and forthcoming with both price and trades and we have always felt we have gotten a "good deal" when we left. I've dealt with Winslow for a number of years and have always walked away pleased. We bought a new car from them in 2006 and Jim Carlson was wonderful. Very helpful and always friendly when we come in. With a more recent purchase of an M5, I got the see Winslow a lot more and Chris Smith and the service department really helped me out. It wasn't always cheap but M's are a bit pricey to fix. I enjoy walking in the door and being greeted by a very friendly crew and having the BMW issue being solved.
