Awesome experience! I could not be happier with my purchase, with my sales person Craig Haggerty and Kyle the Finance Manager. People who know me, know that I am very particular with my car - from inside out, down to every single detail of my car. I was known to trade in a barely one year old car for the exact same model just because I was tired of the color and the placement of the cup holders. A wonderful place to buy a car! I needed to find a car, and Morgan Moore stepted up to the plate and helped me while I was over 100 miles away from the dealership. He made me feel at ease with doing everything over the phone and Internet. They made me feel like family and not just a number. They made me feel like I mattered to them. Fantastic! What a great experience! This was my first BMW, and I'm still in disbelief. Every time I hit the unlock, before I even get into the drivers seat, I have to smile. Ryan was the gentleman I had the pleasure of working with, and I remember how great he was when my Mom bought her last X5. I wouldn't have dealt with anybody else. In fact, when I unload this one in 3 years, I'll be working with him to see what I can get into next. Can't wait! Thank you Ryan! And thank you Minnetonka BMW. Y'all have been great!
Great buying experience Just bought a CPO from Sully and he was a fair and good sales person. The dealership helped to make the purchase go as smooth as possible and made the deal very above board. When I finished, I didn't feel like they took advantage of me at all. Sully was very up front with every aspect of the process. I'd highly recommend his if you don't have anyone sales person at BMW of Minnetonka.
