BMW of Nashville Good service, flexible scheduling, and promptly done. However, it was a routine service, very expensive and the dealer did not check the wiper fluid, which was empty. I had to replace it myself. That was a basic for the kind of service.

Love my X6 Mark Lambo was great during the buying process. Bought both an X6 and an X1.

Your vehicle in good hands Was in TN visiting family. Took advantage and serviced my X5. Kevin was my advisor who helped me out. Got my regular service and oil change done as well as brakes.

Chairman of a Board Brought my 2017 740 I into the dealer for its yearly detailing. Kevin, my service representative, got me checked in and provided me a new X5 to drive in a very timely basis. The service department did an outstanding job detailing my car. Kevin keep me informed of the cars status and I was able to pick up my car in the timeframe promised.

Strong service culture at BMW in Brentwood, TN Friendly staff at the dealership, focused on doing the right thing for their customers, not trying to always squeeze every last dollar of revenue. Houston Brown is an awesome advisor, and works behind the scenes before and after my appointment to take care of me. The relatively new facility is top-notch as well, with reliable WiFi, coffee/espresso machine, and snacks. Kid-friendly as well. Keep up the great work!

BMW of Nashville. I went to several luxury car dealerships. BMW did not pressure me but was readily available to answer all questions. The buying process was the best I ever experienced at a car dealership. Picking up the vehicle took a little longer that I liked but overall I was thrilled. I love my X3 too!

Oil leak service Had an oil leak. It happens between 70K and 80K miles. Pretty costly, but was needed. Great service though.
