This is a good facilities Great,no problem;everyone was professional.Could have a better selection of snacks.
Air bags replaced Everyone very nice and friendly . Unaware my appt was with other BMW dealership in Nashville but they took me right in and made my repairs.

BMW Brentwood Houston Brown was a great, he kept me up to date about my repairs, communication is key. I really appreciated his kindness and knowledge into my overall situation.
Excellent department manager went into the dealer feeling very disappointed with our tire problem, Michael Java went out of his way to make us feel Valued and appreciated just for coming in and let them work in our car.
Service experience I was impressed,as always, with the attention paid to clients and the expert analysis by my customer service executive, Karen. The wait for my car was half the time expected, so another positive plus to mention.
