Great Service! Monica and the Service manager were wonderful and got the job done! When I received my car the outside was clean, but the inside was still dirty and the Service Manager did the cleaning himself.

AMAZING & OVER THE TOP!!! The new BMW Cool Springs location is awesome! The facility is so nice, new and modern. Of course the customer service hasn't changed...still over the top! Brandon Burdette is the very best!!! He's the definition of true customer service! If you're in the market for a car....Ashawnae Flippo is the girl for you! She's so nice and extremely knowledgeable.
