Horrible after purchase service Dealer sold the vehicle without having the title in their possession. This was not disclosed at the time of the sale. It took the dealer over two months to send the title which led to an almost $200.00 late fee which I had to pay when I registered the vehicle.
Very Disappointing The communication at this facility is more than lacking. I will go to Bowling Green to buy my next BMW. This facility's customer service is VERY disappointing.
Catch to the price they advertise!!! The ONLY way you get the price they advertise is you MUST finance through them......NOT a good experience.

BMW of Nashville. I bought used gmc truck Sales manager was a complete xxx! After I showed him something wrong with the truck he tried to make feel like an idiot for asking him to just take 300$ off so I could have the front cv axle repaired.
Very slow response from service representatives Took my car into service for the first time here. Waited 10 minutes for a service representative to even speak to me. Ashley, a representative who was already swamped, took it upon herself to assist me. She was the only saving grace of the visit. If there were any other original manufacturer service shops in town I'd try them. However both shops in Nashville are owned by the same group
Just go somewhere else..this place is trash. Since purchase an extremely poor overall bmw experience. Called corporate and they didn't care either. It's a chore to get anything accomplished and they don't really care. Service lady has yet to call me back. In general, people don't call back. Employees are rude - like they are talking down to you. Someone should remind them you work at a dealership so maybe realize you need business. Sold me a car that wasn't even cleaned - had candy wrappers in it. The people that are good ar... read more
