Fast and free! Got me in immediately for a check engine light. Gave me a loaner car. Part was under warranty and fixed in about 2 hours. No charge at all. Staff was very friendly we will.

Excellent Service As I was new to the area, I was not sure that I would get the same level of service that I enjoyed in Atlanta, Dallas, and Boston. I have to tell you that the level of service, attention, and workmanship exceeded the top BMW dealerships in those cities. A problem with the car that went undiagnosed and unrepaired in Boston was diagnosed almost immediately by your technician and repaired the same day. I'm a fan of your service department. AC down again. Had to take my car back in due to an AC issue I thought had been taken care of 2 months before. They of course where professional and courteous. I was given a loaner car and kept informed of the progress regarding the repairs.

Tires Everyone is professional and friendly. They make drop off and pick up quick and rady. My car is always cleaner when I pick it up than when I left it. They keep me informed from start to finish.
