"Winter tire package install" The sales and service department are second to none great service always willing to go the extra yard They ordered my correct tires and rims for my WM 40 I drives great and goes through the snow with no problems I will always come back for service at BMW of Utica

"We bought a used car" Cody was great, very professional! When he found out we wanted to make the deal that day he made it happen. He made the extra effort above and beyond and made arrangements to have the car driven back to BMW of Utica for servicing on another day because the car had just come in and hadn't had all the servicing completed. "Nick Higa was excellent." The service rep I worked with , Nick Higa, was excellent. He personally went out to my car and rode with me in it to make sure I was satisfied that the issue had been resolved. Very pleased with the help!
