"Great deal, excellent service and a stand-up dealership!" "Good service. Very organized operation" Had a good experience and ended up with a new suv. Kept us in a new car with service plan. I thought the car l had was good, but the new one is better
"good work but a little expensive and a little slow." It took longer than it should but the work was secure.I also felt like I had to communicate many times to get the instructions right. Very friendly. Some of the things I had done are factory items only, so I understand the costs.
"My experience at The BMW " Barnard was awesome, I had just lost my husband and he had such compassion. Told me he would make sure I got a good deal at the dealership. Kurt on the other hand was all about selling me the car with as little deal as possible. He would not come down at all from the on line price. He knew I needed a car. He gave me the on line price and would not give me any break he said that was lowest price. "Professional, Courteous, and Thorough" Cody and Mark were excellent from the moment I stepped into the dealership. I came later in the evening and I felt no pressure to rush, or even to leave, before official closing hours. "I switched to Chevy" Great experience. Professional and downright hospitalable folk. Cody brokered a good deal and did so with a genuine.demeanor. Showroom setup was impressive. Restroom was BMW clean. All folk were BMW super.
"Great service in a pinch!" My car systematically was shutting down while driving back to CT on I90 due to a battery failure. BMW Utica was able to take care of me immediately and get me back on the road within a couple of hours. They replaced the battery, tested the alternator, and sent me on my way feeling confident that The issue was resolved.
